Festive Animated Chibi Base

Festive Chibi base with all layers separated.

Very easy to move and modify. You can simply draw your character on and color the animated layers as you like. 6 animated deco you can choose or add to the image The small stars are on their own layers and can be moves anywhere There are a lot of layers but hopefully I have arrange them neatly enough.

**The lineart was done in flipaclip so, If you would like flipaclip file of the lineart you can buy this product and message me to request for it. But there would be no colors there.

TOS Commercial use ok.

Taking commissions, adoptable. You can change the Christmas tree and use it for other occasions.

Rearrange and modification for different layout and projects allowed.

Do not redistribute the base itself especially the .psd file. F2U and Stills will be on my page as well.
